水稻APY1基因克隆及胁迫表达分析

Abstract

摘要： 为研究核苷三磷酸二磷酸水酶(NTPDase)编码基因Apyrase基因（APY1)的功能，本文克隆获得Os-APY1基因完整CDS区，并进行水分、重金属及盐等非生物胁迫，明确非生物胁迫下OsAPY1基因在水稻幼叶中的表达水平差异。结果显示：水稻OsAPY1基因CDS区长度为1470bp,编码489个氨基酸，其氨基酸序列与小麦、谷子、玉米及拟南芥同源性较高；在非生物胁迫下，水稻OsAPY1表达量在幼叶部分普遍上调，其中在重金属和盐胁迫下表达量提高不明显，在水淹、低温及干旱胁迫表达水平明显提高。本文为进一步研究水稻OsAPY1基因抗逆生物学性质提供基础。
