十三五时期黔南州土地整治项目时空分异特征分析

Abstract

摘要： 开展十三五期间黔南州土地整治项目的时空分异研究，对把握其空间格局、发展态势以及为未来贵州省层面土地整治战略顶层设计和宏观决策具有重要的意义。本文基于2016一2020年已验收的土地整治项目数据，采用变异系数法、核密度法和重心模型法，探讨十三五期间黔南州土地整治项目的时空分异特征。研究表明：黔南州土地整治项目的总体格局主要呈现中部、北部较高，东南部较低的特点；十三五期间土地整治项目的绝对规模差异逐步加大，但在2020年开始逐步减小；研究期间内黔南州土地整治的重心点多落在都匀市、贵定县、平塘县。建议未来黔南州应继续挖掘三都县等低水平区的土地整治潜力，对于平塘县等高水平项目区则以优化地块形状和规模、提升耕地质量为关键点。
