摘要: 黄粉含有多种生物活性成分,具有补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾等功能,是我国首批进入“按照传统既 是食品又是中药材的物质目录”的中药材。随着人们对健康和中药认识的提高,黄精的市场需求不断增长、加 工产业迅速发展,但存在加工技术水平较低、深加工能力薄弱等问题。本文基于黄粉活性物质的生物活性,阐述 了黄精多糖、黄酮类和皂苷类化学成分,总结了黄精的粉深加工产品最新研究进展,以期为黄粉粉深加工产业提 供参考。
