摘要: 在为缓解世界隐性饥饿,将提高甘薯中类胡萝卜素含量用于改善维生素A缺乏的营养结构背景下,探讨甘薯利用和生物强化技术对于提高甘薯中胡萝卜素含量改善人体健康具有深远意义。本文从维生素A缺乏症、甘薯的利用以及甘薯在生物强化中的应用等方面进行综述,旨在利用生物强化技术进一步提高甘著在营养膳食中的价值。
